Career Values Deck (online card sort)

The Career Values Deck is a simple digital tool that helps adults and adolescents (ages 13+) identify and articulate their career values, and explore jobs and careers that align with those values.

Meant for one-time, individual use, this digital tool is an interactive drag-and-drop card sort activity. Once individuals complete the card sort online, they'll immediately receive a customized Reflection & Resource Guide, which includes a set of thought-provoking follow-up activities to help them:

• understand the meaning and importance of their top career values,
• determine their own definition of "success," and
• develop a set up questions to help assess which career possibilities will best align with their values.
