Student Wellness Card Sort (online, multi-use for counselors & coaches)

If you're a school or mental health counselor or coach, and/or provide wellness services for high school or college/university students, you can provide them with an easy way to access and complete the online Student Wellness Card Sort, by purchasing a multi-use digital access code (preset with the number of code uses you wish to purchase) for a discounted price. 

After you complete your purchase, a unique Access Code will automatically be emailed to you, along with instructions for creating an account Dashboard, tracking your code usages and reports, and for sharing your code with your students.

When your students have finished sorting their cards online, a Results Report & Workbook will be generated for them, which they can download as a fillable PDF report. Their report will also be automatically emailed to them.
